TO TO imio*. Sir, —Dogs, dogs, dogs everywhere. CaA’ersham and St. Clair are overrun Avith them, much to the terror of little children on their Avay to kindergarten or school. At St. Clair the children’s playground is spoilt by dogs of ever/’ type. It is delightful to be sitting on the sands and receive a cold shower all fo- nothing from a dog avlio has been surfing. Now, if the tax collector would get busy on the rounds I am sure he would he instrumental in ridding us of many of these animals Avhich disturb the neighbours’ sleep and strike terror to the hearts of little children.—l am, etc., 1 OVG-SLUTEEINC RESIDENT.
