FRENCH PREMIER'S DIFFICULTIES CABINET REORGANISATION SUGGESTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, January 7. The death of M. Maginot (War Minister) puts M. Laval in a quandary in regard to the Lausanne and Geneva Conferences. It is feared that M. Briand’s health will not permit of his attendance, and M. Laval must decide whether he can participate without the help of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and War. He may reconstruct the whole Cabinet.
