ECONOMIC PROGRAMME NEGOTIATIONS FOR COMBINE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, January 5. (Received January 6, at 10.20 a.m.) As a part of the Franco-German economic programme negotiations have been opened for tbo formation of a joint serial combine in which Dr Eckener will participate. It is intended to eliminate Franco-German competition, particularly in the Far East and South America. It is proposed that the Graf Zeppelin should be included in the combine and make ten journeys annually to South America.
