FRENCH PROVINCIAL RANKS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 29. (Received December 30, at noon.) It is reported that there is much uneasiness among small depositors in the French provincial banks, and heavywithdrawals are being made by people who are placing their money in safe deposits. Many banks are profiting from the sale of Indian, Australian, and American coins. Nobody is touching the best joint stock securities, owing to their extensive depreciation.
