(Received December 30, at 1.5 p.m.) When Albert Ross, aged thirty-seven, of Jersey City, married Rebecca Cano, aged twenty-six, she drew up fortyseven rules for their mutual guidance, covering everything from attending church to a division of salary, with no questions asked. Until Albert signed ho was to remain without kisses. The bridegroom refused to sign, and the judge upheld his attitude by granting an annulment of the marriage.
