SUCCESS OF FIVE-YEAR PLAN PROGRAMME EXCEEDED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, December 23. (Received December 24, at 10 a.m.) Parliament opened in the Kremlin. Tho Premier (M. Molotov) painted a rosy picture of tho successful progress of tho Five-year Plan. Soviet industry had in three years exceeded the programme. Production had reached 22,107 milliards of roubles, while the total scheduled amount to be reached in 1933 was 33,495 milliards. M. Petrovskyi (chairman of tho Executive Council) stated that this year alone 2,700 (?) fresh workers were attracted into industries. Tho national revenue for 1932 would be 49,000,000 roubles.
