TOUR BY BRITISH PLANES ELEVEN WEEKS' CRUISE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, December 23. (Received December 24, at 11.30 a. m.) A tom - of the British East African colonies will be made next month by four Royal Air Force Fairoy 3 F biplanes under Wing-commander Harris. The cruise, which will be about 9,000 miles, will start from Heliopolis (Cairo) on January 11 and will end there eleven weeks later. The south of Egypt and the Sudan, will bo visited. The more important towns on the route are Entebbe (in Uganda), Nairobi, Mombasa, Dar-es-Salaam (the most southerley point of the cruise), and Zanzibar. At Entebbe tho lliglit will remain for several days practising supply dropping, picking up messages, and other evolutions with the land forces. In Kenya, Nairobi will bo tho headquarters during the twelve days set aside for visits to points in the colony lying within 200 miles or so of tho capital, when tho _ district commissioners and provincial governors will fly over parts of their areas difficult of access Among the pilots will ho Flight-lieutenant Atcherloy, the Schneider Trophy ilyer.
