WAGE CUT PROPOSED Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. NEW YORK, December 18. The presidents of the executives of class I. railroads have agreed to servo thirty days’ notice on the union brotherhoods of the termination of the present wage contracts and of their intention to cut wages by 15 per cent.
