FRENCH ATTITUDE UNCHANGED PARIS, -July 21.. The ex-Emprcss Zita’s recent visits to the Pope and the Italian Royal Family have aroused suspicions hero that she is trying to secure the accession of her son, tho Archduke Otto, to the throne of Hungary. To-day M. Blum, _ the veteran Socialist leader, says in the ‘ Populate ’ that tho French Government lias notified “ all interested quarters ” that it firmly maintaus its attitude regarding a, Habsburg restoration.
