AUCKLAND BOARD'S DECISION [Pek United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, August 5. In consequence of Mr Justice Herdman’s decision, delivered yesterday, tho Auckland Education Board decided to-day to withdraw tho notices of dismissal previously sent to about fifty married '■■omen teachers. Further action is contemplated. The board decided to ask tho Minister whether the court’s judgment represented his desire when lie brought the amending legislation before Parliament.
