(Received July 24, at 12.45 p.m.) The suggestion that tho three prairie provinces should get together and establish a trading corporation to handle this year’s wheat crop is advanced in a communication from tho Prime Minister fMr Bennett) to tho Premiers of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, a copy of which was tabled in tho House to-day. Mr Bennett suggests that Mr John C, Macfntland, president of the Centra) Selling Agency of tho Wheat Pool, should be appointed general manager of the corporation. If this arrangement is satisfactory the dominion Government wi' 1 undertake to make the necessary financial arrangements to ensure the proper functioning of tljo corporation.
