Her family failed 1 to trace her and believed she was dead. Recently the missing woman’s brothers, Sir Sidney Keys and Mr Joseph Keys, of Southend, received three letters by the same post. One was addressed: “ Sir Sidney Keys, Southend, England.” The two others were addressed to Sir Joseph Keys and Sir George Keys, of Southend, England. The letters, dated February _ 14, informed the brothers that their sister was alive and that sho was Sirs Payne, of Temple, Texas. Written by a niece whom the brothers have, of course, never seen, tbo.letters continued; “ Wo have done everything possible to get into touch with you and failed. We arc addressing this to Southend in the hope that one of you is still in tlm district and that the postal authorities will he able to deliver it.” Sir George Keys is dead, but Sidney and Joseph are living together at Southend. , Mr Sidney Keys stated: “Wo had given up all hope of ever hearing from Nellie. I can just remember her. 1 have recently returned from Australia, and it is strange that I should come homo and stay with ray brother Joseph in time for such a big surprise. We have cabled to Texas to say that tho letters have reached us. “It is remarkable that the Post Office should he able to deliver all three letters together and with no loss of time in transit. I only wisli Nellie had tried the address, ‘ Keys, Southend, England,’ sooner. Won’t sho be surprised to receive our cable! ’
