BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S BAN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 28. (Received April 29, at 1.10 p.m.) Mr F. Pethick-Lawrence (Financial Secretary to the Treasury) admitted that passengers from Ireland were questioned as to whether they possessed sweepstake tickets, which _ were prohibited and were liable to seizure. He said he saw no reason to exclude dominion visitors from search.
