ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
YOUTH KILLED ON TRAINING TRACK.
A youth named Archibald Dunford, apprenticed to the Riccarton trainer, G. Murray-Aynsley, was killed during training hours this morning. He was riding iva-kcim on to tho track to tho gallop when the filly bucked him off. The lad’s foot caught in the stirrup, and he was dragged some distance, being severely kicked and dying shortly afterwards from his injuries.—Christchurch Press Association telegram.
