(Received February 17, at 10.30 a.m.) ’The Irish Free State is reportedly considering a novel plan to overcome the Imperial Conference deadlock on the question of abolition of right to appeal to the Privy Council. The Free State may ask the King to appoint a Free State Privy Council Committee, to which all Supreme Court appeals could l bo referred without altering the terms of the Constitution.
