CONCERT AT TOWN HALL’
On Thursday next a concert will he held in the Town Hall, which has been granted by the City Council, for the purpose of raising funds. An excellent programme has been arranged, including items by the Dunedin Philharmonic Society, Orchestral Society, Bnval MMo Choir, Returned Soldiers’ Choir, instrumental trio by Messrs Aiax Scherek, J. A. WaJlaco, and Palmer, solo by Mr Chas. A. Martin, duet by Messrs Walrasley and Ruffell, organ solo by Dr V. E. Galway (city organist), and vocal_ items by the following soloists: —Misses Eva Scott, Teresa M'Enroe, and Mr A. Lungley. It will be seen that a very excellent programme will be presented, and as the popular prices of 3s, 2s, and Is only will be charged, the Town Hall should be packed.
