The American steamel- Golden Cross arrived at Dunedin this morning Irom the Pacific Coast via northern ports, to discharge" a large quantity of Canadian and American merchandise. She will sail about Monday for Gisborne, Suva, and Lcyuka, to load for San Francisco. PORT DUNEDIN REPORTS. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor ship Port Dunedin has reported that she will arrive at Auckland from Liverpool at 6 o clock next Tuesday morning, three days later than was expected. In addition to twelve passengers for New Zealand, the vessel has a general merchandise from West Coast ports of Groat Rrßm'i ior discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. GENERAL AVERAGE ON UNDEN. The Swedish steamer Undcii left Los Angeles on December 27 with cargo from Pacific Coast ports for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. She is due at Auckland on January 22. Advice states that a fire broke one jn the vessel s bunkers at Los Angeles, but it is understood that very 'little damage was done.
