DOUBLE TRAGEDY
BROTHER AND SISTER FOUND SHOT [Fitis Uhitrb Press Association.] OPOTIKI, January 10. Two Natives, brother and sister, named Hemara and Annie Waiariki, nerc found shot dead at Waihau Bay, seventy miles from Opotiki. It is not yet known, nor will be till after the in r quest to-day, whether it is a case of double suicide or murder and suicide. News is meagre in this isolated district. The police and the coroner (Mr F. J. Short) left for the locality last eveuing-
