(Received December 13, at 11 a.m.) Negotiations have been completed for the merging of tho interests of tho Abermain and Seaham Collieries Ltd. and tho J. and A. Brown Company, involving £4,000,000. A company will be formed to acquire and work tho collieries of tho aforementioned.
