REICHSTAG TO CONSIDER BUDGET THE NAVAL ESTIMATES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, November 3. The Reichstag will consider the 1931 Budget on November 4. The Defence Estimates allow 34,700 marks in excess of 1930 for ship construction and armaments, including the first instalment of 10,830,000 marks for the armoured cruiser Ersatzlothringn, which will be completed in 1934. Tho cost of the Ersatzpreussen, which will be completed in 1932, will bo 75,000.000 marks. The Ersatzhraunschweig, which will bo completed in 1936, will cost 73,000,000 marks, and Ersatleipzig 42,000,000 marks. The programme for the next six years includes the Psatzelsass, which will be laid down in 1936, four destroyers, five torpedo boats, five coastal vessels, and six mine-searching vessels, while other smaller vessels will absorb 50,000,000 marks.
