APPEAL TO BRITISH GOVERNMENT BRITISH AMBASSADOR MAKES REPRESENTATIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrigh t. LONDON, November 4. (Received November 5, at 1 a.m.) _ In the House of Commons the Foreign Secretary (Mr Arthur Henderson) stated that after the conclusion of the recent arbitration proceedings between the Soviet and the Lena Gold Company the Lena Company requested the support of the British Government in this case. The British Ambassador at Moscow had made appropriate representations to the Soviet Government.
