DOMINION PRIME MINISTERS CEREMONY AT GUILDHALL. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 4. (Received November 5, at 9.55 a.m.) * The Maple Leaf for Ever ’ was played by the City Band as Mr Bennett, Mr Scullin, and Mr Forbes advanced to tho platform of the Guildhall where they received the freedom of . the, city of London contained in gold caskets. The band did not play the Australian and New Zealand anthems. Probably it was ignorant what they were. The City Chamberlain (Sir Adrian Pollock), describing Mr Forbes as a farmer, mentioned Mr Baldwin’s similar taste. He said he feared that Mr Forbes would beat Mr Baldwin in a technical demonstration. Sir Adrian Pollock, concluding, gave the freemen the right hand of fellowship, and presented the gold caskets, Mr Forbes said that after all tho Empire was founded on sentiment, no matter what was dono with deeds and agreements.

FEELING OF RESENTMENT,
LONDON, November 4. (Received November 5, at 12.45 p.m.) The ceremony, of presenting the freedom of the city to the dominions’ Prime Ministers left a feeling of resentment among some of tho Australian Agents-General, all of whom, except Sir George Fuller, were accommodated in the body of the Guildhall, while ho and the Canadian AgentsGeneral and Australia House officials were seated on tho dais. Sir Granville Eyrie disclaims responsibility. _He said: “ I was asked to submit eight names. It was not my province to arrange the Agents-Generals’ invitations. Any quarrel must bo between them and the corporation.”
