(Received November 5, at 1.10 p.m.) Pilot Stepan Chenko, at a height of 900 ft, in a wind blowing at the rate of 15yds per second, thrice looped the loop in a glider, and claims & world record, as the American feats in looping were assisted by an aeroplane.
