CORRESPONDENCE
CRICKET COACH.
to lilz EDITOR. Sir,—What wonderful “ sports ” ate the nine delegates who voted for Mr Badcock to play for the Dunedin Club. In all seriousness, 1 ask, is it possible for the secretary or your paper to publish the names of those nine socalled “ sports ” Really, it would servo as a memento of now sport is governed in Dunedin, As Mr Wycherley remarked: “It’s a peculiar thing, isn’t it—but there you are.” The Dunedin. Club and those who supported Mr Fraser’s motion are all hoping that cricket. will not prosper 'outside one (particular club. Really, 1 am ashamed Of my ottrn name’.—l am, etc., M. J. Fuasse. [The Dunedin Club delegates all voted in favour of F. T. Badcock being allocated to the Christian Brothers’ Club, the chairman commenting on tho generous attitude they had adopted.—Ed. E.S.]
