Fractures of tie forearm and wrist, and three fractures of one leg were suffered -by a young man named Brian Rowe when themotor cycle he was riding collided head on with'another., motor cycle ridden by Kenneth Mar-' tin, of New Plymouth, at Fitzrov yesterday.
