SYDNEY, September 21. At tho Stadium, Strangler Lewis (17.1) defeated Joe Steelier (16.0) by two falls to one in eight rounds. There was great excitement among tho 8,000 spectators. Steelier gained tho first fall with a body scissors in tho fifth round. Lewis secured falls in the seventh and eighth rounds with a Jieadloek and body press. Both men displayed tremendous strength and stamina.
