OTAGO.BANKS BEAT SOUTHLAND '
Tho Rugby match played to-day between teams representing the Otago and Southland banks resulted in a win for the local side by 14 points to 6. In spite of tho heavy nature of the ground, a good open game was witnessed, tho handling of tho hall being surprisingly good. Tho scorers in tho Otago team were Hannay, Booth, and Kilby, while Hannay also goalcd from a free kick, and Fitzgerald converted one try. Chapman and Henderson scored for Southland.. Tho game ended: Otago 14, Southland 6.
