A mooting of the members of two clubs was held for the purpose of de elding whether the clubs should he amalgamated. After the voting had taken place the chairman announced; “ This meetin’ has voted in favour of two clubs bein’ marmalated.” “I suppose you mean, Mr Chairman, that they ho jammed together?” inquired the Eccretarv of one of the clubs.
