Sir D'ehnistoun Burney asked for the of committees of prominent Canadian business men to investigate the situation during the next few days and decide whether the Canadian G overrent and business interests are prepared to back s a transatlantic air service.: With the. views of the committees before Jbim he. would be able to lay. a concrete proposition -before the British Government. on his return to London. He proposed that there should bo a fleet of ships capable of 6,000-mile flights 'with P IOO passengers and ten' tops of mail.
