NEW BUILDINGS IN CITY During the past year fifty-one dwelling costing over £1,500, were erected in Dunedin; seventy-three houses were erected costing £700; sixty-seven cost £BOO each; at £9OO, fifty dwellings were erected, and £I,OOO houses were erected to the number of thirty-nine.
