Last night a party of detectives raided a billiard saloon at 31 Manners street, Wellington, and gaming material was found. Fifteen men (including the proprietor) were arrested. The proprietor was charged with keeping a common gaming house, and’ the others with being found on the premises without lawful excuse. All were bailed out.
