HEW WELLS DISCOVERED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. January 3. A Moscow- message reports the discovery of twenty-eight large oil wells in the Transcaucasian steppes. The Soviet has handed them over for working by a Russian petrol firm, the chairman of which believes the discovery will revolutionise the world’s petrol market.
