CITY OF NEW YORK SAILS TO-MORROW After many months of waiting, the Dunedin end cf the Byrd expedition is again on the move, and the City of New York will sail for the Bay of Whales at 2 o’clock to-morrow afternoon. * Given normal conditions, the ice pack should be reached in about a fortnight, and further progress then depends on the state of the pack.
