SYDNEY, January Si Mr Justice Rich to-day referred, into the Full High Court the application challenging the validity of Mr Justice Beeby’a order for the re-opening of the coals mines at pre-stoppage rates. The Full High Court Bench will sit at Melbourne, on Tuesday and it’is likely that judgment on the application will be delivered on the following Monday.
