The preparation has been much more thorough; The various committees have got through an immense amount of work, and it is left for the delegates to fit together the loose ends. Among the questions to bo considered are ratification of the Young Plan, the international bank scheme, and nonGerman reparations, but I do nob expect that we shall be nearly so busy. The international bank question is a highly complicated matter, but I think it will be adopted.”
