MQNSOGNE WINS MEMORIAL HANDICAP The second day of the Stratford races was held in fine weather, with a good attendance. The track was in good order. For the day the totalisator handled £25,249, which was a decrease of £1,1474, as compared with last year. After an inquiry by the stewards the jockey L. Dulieu was fined £2 for failing to ride out his momlt, Singer, in the County Hack Handicap, thus losing third money.
