MAIL BAG STOLEN
THEFT FROM STEAMER Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright, SYDNEY’, January 1. (Received January 2, at 1.30 a.m.) When the Island steamer Marsina arrived at Sydney to-day it was discovered that her registered ’nail bag irom inside another bag and the whole of the registered mail from the mandated territory was stolen, the value of which is considerable. Apparently the committed during the voyage to £>ydnoy. the thief leaving the vessel with the booty before the mails were unloaded.
