CANADIAN BOWLERS. The Canadian were .formally ■welcomed at a large gathering at the Auckland green (this morning. Mr Hardley, past president of the Dominion Bowling Association, '■speaking on behalf of 16,000 New Zealand bowlers, said they appreciated the opportunity to reciprocate the hospitality extended by Canadians to this dominion’s touring'team. Dr Krupp, for the visitors, said they were more than delighted with the magnificent welcome accorded them. They brought messages of goodwill from the bowlers in Canada. —Press Association.
