LEGISLATION PROBABLE [From Oon Parliamentary Reporter.} WELLINGTON, October 81. A* question as to whether legislation will bo brought down this session with reference to police superannuation will bo made -by the Minister of Justice (Air Wilford, K.C.) in the House on Monday. Mr Wilford gave an assurance to that effect in reply to Mr Nash (Palmerston North), vyho was anxious to know what was being done, in view of tire statement made earlier in the session by tho Minister of Justice. “ I have been in consultation with the secretary of the Public Service Association,” said Mr Wilford _ “He placed the views of tho association before me, and I hope to bo in a position to make a statement on Monday whether anything will be done or not.”
