SUN AND HAIR
As there is nothing so good as fresh air and sunshine for improving the colour and strength of the hair, give your locks a sun bath in the garden. Brush your hair upwards to make it stand on end, so that every strand is ventilated. Dandruff and excessive greasiness are soon cured by the sun’s rays.
But this does not mean going about all day and every day without a hat. Too much sun is as bad for the hair as not enough, and it tends to take out the colour. This applies especially in the case of fair hair.
