KEROSENE AND CANCER
THE REPORTED CURE STATEMENT BY PATIENT [Per United Press Association.! HAMILTON, October 25. . In reply to the comment made by Dr Elliott, president of the New Zealand Branch of the British Medical Association, on his alleged cure of cancer, Mr L. N White, of Frankton, said: — “It has been suggested by Dr Elliott and others that 1 never suffered from cancer. My answer to these is that Dr Frank Macky and Dr M'Dougall, of Auckland, diagnosed my case as one of cancer. They said it was incurable. If there was nr cancer I now ask these gentlemen to come forward and refute their previous statements.” Mi White said ho accepted the offer to visit another part of the country and investigate a case similar to his own. Asked whether he would undergo a medical examination, Mr White said he would consent to this only if the two Auckland doctors who treated him performed it.
