A most enjoyable concert was held in the schoolhouse, Upper Junction, on Thursday evening. The entertainment was supplied by MissJimsie Eraser and her concert party. The following contributed itemsßagpipe selection, Piper Geo. Yardley; recitations, Masters Ivan and Harold Davidson and Master Osborne; vocal solos—Miss Dull, Mrs D. Carty, Mrs A. Magon. MessrsHawes and A. Proctor; humorous character sketches, Mr Charles Abbot; Dickens character recital, Mr R. Currie; mandolin and piano duet, Mrs Jones and Miss Evelyn Jones; accordion piano selection. Mr E. Heany; hornpipes and jigs. Miss Netty Pullar. The accompanists were Miss Clarice Colbert and Piper George Yardley. Mr John Pais ley, chairman-of the School Committee, tlianked Mis 1 - Fraser and her party.
