ALBERT HALL FUNCTION PRINCE TO MAKE ADDRESS. (British Official Wireless.) Pitss Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, October 20. On the evening of Armistice Day the Prince of Wales will again address the c'Fstivai of Empire and Remembrance, which is being arranged by the British Legion, at Albert Hall. The Prince, who is patron of the Legion, addressed a similar gathering last Armistice Day.
