WOOL VALUES
THE PRESENT SLUMP BRADFORD’S ATTITUDE AwiociatioB —By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, October 17. (Received October 18, at 12.45 p.m.) The Yorkshire ‘ Observer,’ in an editorial, says that the startling slump in wool values is exercising the minds of Australian pastoralists, who are nowexpressing resentment at Bradford's seeming apathy in connection with the “ use more wool campaign.” It is difficult to understand why Australians should base great expectations on Bradford, where manufacturers are finding they have paid too much for everything bought before the present sales. If Bradford helped to pay the Australian campaign the pastoralists would non refrain from accepting fractional advances from foreign competitors.—Australian Press Association.
