After attending the World Educational Conference at Vancouver and visiting Geneva and Cambridge, Mr F. Milner, head master of the Waitaki Boys’ High School, is . convinced that primary education is an insufficient endowment for children of the new erai Lecturing at the Royal Empire Society, Mr Milner referred enthusiastically to the return to natural living in Germany, where he saw thousands of adolescent boys and girls hygienieally clothed and living natural lives in the sunshine and fresh air.—Australian Press Association.
