MILES OF ICEBERGS
ATLANTIC SHIPPING PERIL NEW YORK, July 22. A field of thirty-three enormous ice bergs is reported by a steamer which has just returned to Hamburg from Canada. One of them had an area nearly as big as Heligoland and rose 200 ft above the water. , They were separated from one another by distances of from two to live sea miles, and were moving irregularly in different directions. Tho first \yarnings that they were being approached wero patches of mist on the horizon and a fall of the temperature of the air and water.
