There wore plenty of fireworks at Athletic Park this afternoon when the second test match between the. University teams of Australia and New Zealand resulted in another victory for New Zealand, this time by a margin of !) points. Both sides threw the ball about freely, but faulty handling was much in evidence, and resulted often in defence being turned into attack. The game served to show that the universities of both countries possess some excellent material. The weather was threatening, with a fairly still northerly breeze, and the prospect of rain probably accounted for only 2,500 spectators being in attendance. The ground'was in perfect order, and dry weather conditions favoured fast and open play. The teams lined out as follow: NEW ZEALAND (Black).
