HEAVY RAIN

The downpour in the metropolitan area overtaxed the storm . water drains, lifting manhole covers weighing lewt. Flood water undermined a store until the building collapsed and slid down an embankment. Many basements were flooded,to an extent of Oft, causing heavy damage to the stock.
