( Received April 15, at 11.5 a.m.) The Allied experts’ demands were presented at the plenary session of the Reparations Committee It will not be decided until Monday whether or not the details shall be published. The average prophecies concerning the Allies’ memorandum appear to indicate that the initial, minimum of Germany’s annual payments wiil.be £89,500,000, rising during thirty-six years to a maximum of £115,000,000. At the beginning half the amount will bo devoted to reparations and bait to war debts. Later, when the maximum is reached, two-thirds will go to war debts and the balance to reparations. ‘ Le Matin ’ asserts that the proposals are not acceptable to the Germans, who intend asking for time to consider the document carefully.—Australian Press Association.
