TROTSKY’S PREDICTION WAR BETWEEN ENGLAND AND AMERICA. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 19. (Received March' 20, at 11 a.m.) That the world is moving inevitably towards an Anglo-American war within ten years was predicted by M. Trotsky, in an interview with local newspapers. He said it might, not begin between England and America, but both thoso countries would certainly bo involved because America was desirous of liecoming mistress of the seas, and intended to deprive England of her naval supremacy. The Kellogg Pact would l only hasten the war.—Australian Press Association.
